How To Get Here / Parking

The event takes place in Royal Tunbridge Wells at Spa Valley Railway. The train will depart from West Station, TN2 5QY



Due to the inclement weather we have experienced we are unfortunately having to no longer use the car parking sent to you in your E-Ticket and/or letter.

Guests with pre-booked parking tickets: We will automatically refund your car parking. The money will return to your account by the end of December.

Below is information on where you can now park and shuttle services we are offering. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Below is a list of carparks and their addresses. Please note these are pay and display car parks.

We recommend you arrive around 1hr to 45 minutes before your experience time.

Meadow Road Car Park – TN1 2EN

We recommend that guests use the Meadow Road Car Park. We will be providing free shuttle buses from this location to our event and back.

The car park is pay and display payments made by Paypoint or using the RingGo App (location code – 28511). We recommend 2-3 hours stay for the entire event including shuttling. However if you use the RingGo app on your phone you can easily extend your stay using your phone.

The Pantiles Car Park – TN4 8HF – located just off Montacute Gardens (just off the A26).

Charges: Day Rate: Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm, Free Parking: Monday to Saturday 6pm – 8am and Sunday 5pm – 8am.

The Old Coach Park – TN2 5QL, this is the closest car park facility to our Tunbridge Wells West station, located just behind Sainsbury’s and 5 minutes steady walk to our main entrance. Of interest when you park in this location is you are parking on the old trackbed of the line through to Tunbridge Wells Central and you can in the Winter months through the fence see the old Grove Tunnel just through the trees! £4.50 for all day parking.

Major Yorks Road Car Park (also known as Upper Pantiles) – TN2 5TP, located just off Major Yorks Road at the A26/Pantiles end. Major Yorks Road is located approximately 15 to 20 minute’s walkwalk away from our station, it can be found on the main road as you enter the town from the A264. A height restriction of 2.4m applies to Major Yorks Road car park.

Linden Park Road car park – TN2 5QL located just off the A26 –

Charges: Day Rate: Monday to Saturday 8am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm, Free Parking: Monday to Saturday 6pm – 8am and Sunday 5pm – 8am.


Guests with wheelchairs please head to the railway where we can direct you to wheelchair accessible parking.


Remember, it’s December!

As the event takes place in December please do prepare for wintry road conditions. Remember this is England, weather can vary dramatically, however this event will run no matter the weather conditions even in rain and snow.  

PNP Events and Spa Valley Railway are not liable for any road closures or delays. No refunds are given if we run the train as advertised but you miss it due to weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control.
