Groups

Groups of more than 20 people must contact our elves to make a booking.

Please state the date and time you would like to book along with how many seats you need and whether Standard or Premium. Babies under 2 travelling on a lap cost £3 and must be included at the time of booking. All group bookings must be paid for within 14 days. Any bookings not paid for within that time will be cancelled and the tickets released to general sale.

Please note: we are unable to accept wheelchairs on the train due to the nature of heritage carriages. If you are able to transfer onto the train from the chair (please note there is a step up) then you are welcome to leave the wheelchair on the platform.
